It may not necessarily be the washer/jumper in the tap. it could also be a ball cock.

Its Only when I use this particular tap.

Looks like a trip to the plumbers to buy a new assembly.

You can buy a Swirl tap reviver kit for less than £20 unfortunately screwfix or toolstation don't do trade ins. So you are stuck with the tap dancing washer.
