We had the option to start at 2 this week and next would make it easier as shop dont open till 6 but I said I stick to 4 like my routine x |

Enjoyed watching that Monday night. I was surprised Iron Biby was 'allowed' to rest the bar on his belly and then lift to chest and then overhead from there.. but he managed 217kg (I think) with his method! Lol |
