Saw them when I went in to get my frozen snails in garlic butter and scallop gratin for my Christmas and Boxing Day meals.

And I popped into Selfridges' Christmas Shop yesterday when I was in London.

I am in the process of sorting Christmas out. white sandy beach, palm trees and a cool drink. Stuff the cold weather and family get togethers. lol

Tins of chocolates and biscuits have also appeared from nowhere and are taking over my supermarkets

I'm sure the tins were bigger when I was a kid. Used to use them afterwards for taking cooking ingredients to school... you'd struggle to put more than a bit of butter and some flour in an empty one these days.
