What is your perfect 3 course meal if all the options were on the menu.

Optional: Your favourite drink to go with each course.

Massive prawn cocktail to start then a rare fillet steak with triple cooked chips, no sauce.

Desert would have to be a thick treacle pudding with masses of custard.

To drink, peroni. Lots of peroni, then more peroni

I'm starting with a liver pate with some good sour dough bread

Main has to be a rib eye steak medium rare with some truffle fries

Dessert i'd go with a creme brulee

Cocktail because i'm extra - Negroni

Wine - nice bottle of Chianti

To start with I’d take prawns, a touch of chilli, garlic and tomato with a lemon to squeeze over them.

The main would be a steak. I had a fillet steak in a Munich steak house and I still dream of it. Cooked medium, the knife slid through the steak like I were slicing fresh air. I usually love a steak sauce but this was so beautiful I didn’t want to corrupt it. I’ll still take a soft peppercorn sauce incase I want to enhance the mushrooms or the lobster tail ill be adding for my ‘turf’ option. dauphinoise potatoes complete that dish.

If I ever acquire my own Jet, I hit Munich for the steak, then we’re back on board and flying to Rome. In a seafood restaurant there I had a beautiful New York cheese cake. Light but exploding with flavour. Finish that with a boring scoop of vanilla ice cream and some strawberry’s to cleanse my pallet after.

I’ll drink Long Island iced teas, because by the time I get to the main I’ll be on number three and won’t be able to stop smiling.

Good choices, looks like steak is winning for main at the moment. And yes, a really good steak does not need to drown in any sauce.

I could never pick a perfect meal ever as there's too many great things out there. However, right now it would be:

Tomato and red onion bruschetta with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Specifically the incredible mushroom risotto I had a couple of months ago.

Tiramisu for dessert.

Starter is a bit controversial - Pan seared Foie Gras, a bed of rocket, caramelised figs and balsamic reduction. Sweet white wine like a Bergerac.

Main - Beef wellington, dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus, port gravy. Dry medium red wine, like a Bordeaux.

Dessert - Crème Brûlée. A sweet wine like a Sauternes.
