Obscure music used in an old kfc advert

This is doing my head in, can someone help me out please......

So, about 10 years ago, kfc ran an advert on the box with a cool track playing behind the talkover.

I just heard it today and can't recall who the artists are.

It's got a rhythm set by a piano and a bit of a trumpet going for it.

Defo a drum machine setting the tempo and the only words I can remember are... 'funky funky' - Any suggestions????????????
