What songs do people like to play when working out and just needing that extra bit of energy?
For myself I like a bit of hip hop / rap and I find "lose yourself" and "face off" help me to go that bit harder. |

‘Contact’ by Daft Punk. is a top tune to finish off a run with . It starts off slow but really builds up to a super high tempo crescendo . Excellent when you want and need that final push !
‘Robot Rock’ also gets an honourable mention. |
