Love it.
Like all the variations as well.
But I also change it as I prefer it a different way.
I use the packet stuff on something else but I buy ambrosia custard and use that instead.
Much nicer that way
There is vodka triffle as well not just sherry, that comes from someones vodka jelly. |

I buy the best plump black morello cherries in the summer and preserve them in brandy.
By Christmas, they are perfect for Black Forest Trifle with thick slices of chocolate Swiss Roll, cherry jelly and thick, rich chocolate custard. Topped with whipped cream and crumbled flakes on top.... Nom nom nom...
