So I’m a young male and have a thing for older women, sometimes it seems that age really does matter but sometimes it doesn’t, tell me what you think |

To some it does, to others it doesn’t… best to take age filters with a pinch of salt, they’re mainly to stop the horny buggers on here who’ve just about hit puberty lol. When you meet people in person there’s no preconceptions of you simply because of your age, just how you conduct yourself. Although if you do look young (like I do) some will ask.
There’s people who’ve verified me and I’m not in their listed age range so go figure… |

I'm flattered but my point really was that nearly everyone has an age limit no matter how much they deny it. There are very, very few people of your age who'd consider a 95 year old as a sex partner. Damn it I'd be unlikely to consider someone of that age for casual sex  |

I'm flattered but my point really was that nearly everyone has an age limit no matter how much they deny it. There are very, very few people of your age who'd consider a 95 year old as a sex partner. Damn it I'd be unlikely to consider someone of that age for casual sex "

It matters to me...
I don't want to be with anyone:
Young enough to be my child,
Or as old as my parents
But my lower age is probably more strict, mostly because those that I've met who were younger, for me, weren't sexually aware or mature and needed instruction... And I don't wanna have to be teaching I just wanna enjoy it! |

Do you find the lack of sexual awareness/maturity differs by gender or just across the board regardless in terms of you lower age limit and is that from personal experience? |

Absolutely matters for me. Don't think I could see myself meeting up with a twenty year old now days. I couldn't relate to them, I'd need some common ground to get the ball rolling.  |

As long as you look after yourself and are well, age is just a number and some of us age better than others.
We're c60 but luckily can still shag like 20 yr olds !!
Some people are put off by age differences, some the exact opposite.
The age limit thing on Fab is a nuisance at times though as we've met people at events who've said "msg us" but of course we can't  |

It matters to me because I find a great many younger man treat older women like myself as a fetish. I will not be a fetish. And I find I get on best with the age bracket I have on my profile. If someone is outside that, but I think I might want to meet them, I will contact them. |

Strangely enough I've said in numerous threads including this one that age is extremely important to me and on 3 seperate occasions I've been challenged by other men with an "Ah but, what if?" attitude.
Funnily enough they didn't challenge any of the women or couples who had said exactly the same. |

You can have a rapport with a young person who is mature where yiu have a lot in common or someone say my age where its ike talking to a child. So to me age looks matter a lot less than being able to get on with someone on diffremt levels.
With my hobbies I find that I mix with a wide range of people and find on some things I have more I'm common with them than my generation sometimes.
