I mean, when it was Friday in other jobs I have worked at Friday was payday and the start to the weekend and everyone got excited about it. But I have found over the years that I get less excited about the weekend coming even though I love having time away from work.
Do other people get this, or is it just me? |

This past year has been very busy for me, ive been working most weekends so go get a weekend off is exciting to me i always make plans even if its just to go and sit in a jacuzzi at the gym all day
Im making a resolution to live for the day and not the weekend, i find living for the weekend we wish the weekdays away and kinda skip so much time. |

I work in theory, every other weekend. Reality at times is end up with one off in 4 or 5 weeks. So come the friday when I am off (like today) I do get all excited |

Friday is just a milestone that the following 2 days I don’t have to worry about being at my desk for a set time for meetings.
I still work a bit over the weekend, so its no longer a case of tools down once the whistle blows! |
