I tend to cook more but C is a very competent cook. I’m a follower of recipes…C will knock dishes up from memory.

It’s not normally planned who’s cooking - we dovetail so we are both doing things so we can sit down and relax together.

Pretty split between us, we take it in turns to cook but he takes control of the meat like a mannnnnnn.

Im a great cook, i love cooking especially foreign cuisines. Mexican, Italian, indian, korean, thai, chinese, also partial to a little polish stroganoff. I do love seafood dishes though, probably my favourite kind

I prefer to cook with fresh ingredients and make my own sauces and such, and most of my cooking is guess work, coming times, measurements and weights etc. It really teaches you how to understand the combination of flavours in varying amounts
