I’ve not used one, but have looked at them. Its a proper pump for ED, especially when used alongside the restrictive bands, as opposed to the penis pumps you get at most sex shops/online retailers.

The restrictive bands are a bit different to other cock rings as they have the ears that help with getting them onto the pump and then onto yourself.

Having had a look it doesn’t have anything that my pump doesn’t have. I use cockrings to maintain the fuller sensation.

I got mine from a more bespoke site, and for a lot less then £180.

That info aside, if you have issues go see someone professionally. If for a bit of a try to see what it’s like, maybe try something else.

I am by no means an expert, just a recreational user of a cock pump.

The main difference between this and a traditional penis pump is it has an applicator to place the construction band at the base of the pump so it can be applied while the pump is in situ or as its removed.

Most other non specialist penis pumps need you to remove the pump before you can place the constriction device around the penis.

There is no substitute for getting proper medical advice from your GP if you haven't already.

ED has many causes, and ideally you want to treat the cause not the symptoms.

Yes it was recommended by the Urology Department of local hospital.

Thanks to all for feedback.

Aha, I have a work around for this. Putting one of my rings on around the pump, ready to slip off when I’m ready.
