I have big nipples and consider them a hinderance. It’s almost impossible to get off the shelf jewellery for them and I have to pad my bras or they always stick out. Bob has measured them for jewellery sizing and even when it’s not cold or I am not aroused they are about 14mm diameter and the same sticking out.  |

Thanks for all your comments I know with plenty of effort and training you can increase them .just interested to here other women's points of view and tips but its defenatly a fact that you can increase them over time .so not s case of you got stick with what you were given |
