What are your gym/exercise and also diet goals this week?

For me it's about 4 weight sessions and little to no carbs, just veggies, meat, eggs and water.

Just signed up for another 3 months with my nutritionist.

Back to volume for all 3 lifts this week..... Bleurgh.

I really should start c25k again but it's too bloody cold!

the middle somewhere

Just done 6 hours at the local leisure centre.

1 hour swim

2 hours cardio

1 hour weights

1 hour sauna

30 minutes shower

30 minutes looking at myself in the mirror

Stick to calorie deficit requirements for 5 days out of 7, 4 physio sessions, 4 workout sessions, 2 treadmill cardio sessions.

Just got back from a gym session and now eating scrambled eggs.

Not been for ages.

Legs will hurt later.

3 sessions of weights a week, with a bit of cardio and also a weekly dance class.

Lockdown covid body will disappear

Right now I'm on a cut, so I'm not doing cardio or adding any carbs to my meals until 2022.

Back after a couple of weeks enforced rest.

3 weights 2 Cardio sessions planned. Get myself back into a deficit for fat loss, so lots of protein, lots of food prep, lots of sleep.

Definitely eating properly this week, lost a stone over the last 2 months and put it back on as quick.

Fuck the exersise. It's to cold and I'm to lazy. Is it to close to Christmas to try lose weight, or is that just an excuse?

I don't have diet and exercise goals

I eat in moderation although I have cut my carb intake drastically on medical advice and I walk.

I've always done this.

Maintain weight would be a bonus, 2 running sessions and one 'special run'. Continue daily rounds of military style press ups.

I used to swim but the pool we used shut and the sea round here is regularly polluted by the water authority

People swim all year round off the beaches here at the moment the water temperature is about the same as the air. Its The raw sewage that puts me off

I'll be swimming twice starting tomorrow morning and doing 3/4 mile both times. I could do more but your only allowed an hour in the pool nowadays.

I also do an hour and a quarter yoga every week which I love and it benefits me both mentally and physically.

I normally do BJJ 2/3x a week but today I’m going boxing for the first time in a while to shock the system a little.

I’ll do BJJ 2x and try and squeeze in 2x KB workouts as well and 1 run as well.
