What are your gym/exercise and also diet goals this week?
For me it's about 4 weight sessions and little to no carbs, just veggies, meat, eggs and water.

Just got back from a gym session and now eating scrambled eggs.
Not been for ages.
Legs will hurt later.
3 sessions of weights a week, with a bit of cardio and also a weekly dance class.
Lockdown covid body will disappear |

Back after a couple of weeks enforced rest.
3 weights 2 Cardio sessions planned. Get myself back into a deficit for fat loss, so lots of protein, lots of food prep, lots of sleep. |

Definitely eating properly this week, lost a stone over the last 2 months and put it back on as quick.
Fuck the exersise. It's to cold and I'm to lazy. Is it to close to Christmas to try lose weight, or is that just an excuse? |

People swim all year round off the beaches here at the moment the water temperature is about the same as the air. Its The raw sewage that puts me off |

I'll be swimming twice starting tomorrow morning and doing 3/4 mile both times. I could do more but your only allowed an hour in the pool nowadays.
I also do an hour and a quarter yoga every week which I love and it benefits me both mentally and physically. |

I normally do BJJ 2/3x a week but today I’m going boxing for the first time in a while to shock the system a little.
I’ll do BJJ 2x and try and squeeze in 2x KB workouts as well and 1 run as well.
