Ah I love Duolingo. I’ve been learning Dutch lately. The boy I nanny for is half Dutch so it’s going to be cute to practice with him. |

Good luck with learning Dutch, my daughter lived and worked in Holland, she found it hard to learn. It's all in the throat xx  |

Yes it’s very guttural like German. It’s hard because I speak a little Italian and so my pronunciation is totally off but I’ll practice. Some of the words are English with an accent so not too bad. I’m picking up short sentences so far.
I’m enjoying it more than I did French. X |
