My loyalties are torn this year. Kai and AJ are a fantastic partnership and he's a local lad (to me) so I'm rooting for them. I've always liked Johannes as a dancer, so graceful and kudos to him and John for not over-camping it - I want to see the pirate dance again! But I have an old man crush on Rose. She's pretty, she's a great dancer and she's just so goddam cute and upbeat - her energy always makes me smile, so I hope they win with Kai and AJ second. |

Just watched last night's show.
What an opening dance. Actually gave us goosebumps.
We're big fans of John and Johannes- absolutely love their dynamics and OMG what an arse!
Also fans of Rose and Giovanni. She is such a beautiful dancer, and an inspiration to all. Loved their dance tonight.
AJ is a great dancer and definitely deserves to be in the final.
Oh and can't not mention Brian Cox. What a man. Could sit and listen to him all night |

It's good to see absence of discussion around "disability", "LGBTQ+" or "BAME" on here. testament to how good they all are, their status is irrelevant!
That said, if the Disabled, LGBTQ+ or Black communities were to vote for their representatives, then Rhys and AJs votes will be split...

Cant wait for the final, Its been a fantastic season.
The finalists are all amazing and deserve to be there. But Rose has something extra special, here feel for dance is incredible.

I spent the entire time rose was dancing with tears in my eyes, that girl is just phenomenonal. Such a great pairing. It's been a joy to watch them both, so happy!

"J&J's Rumba was the stand out dance of the season for me. I think I stopped breathing during it"
It was one of the best rumbas I have seen on strictly. I thought John looked awkward, in the first few shows, but he really eased into his dancing, in the last shows..fabulous! |

Even though I thought the public would vote for Rose and Gio, I was really disappointed that AJ had to withdraw. Such a beautiful dancer and down-to-earth person. It would have been great to have her and Kai dance in the final. J&J were fantastic, but Rose had the technical edge, even if I was a bit peeved that she was the only contestant to be allowed to do two ballroom dances (as she isn't so good at Latin) in her semi-final when the others had to do latin and ballroom (or couples choice in John's case). Well done to them. We'll all have to find something else now to watch on Saturday evenings ha |
