So not long seperated and looking to go away mon-fri 2nd week Jan.

Was looking at Amsterdam but unsure as covid restrictions seem to be on the rise.

Anyone recomend somewhere to chill and have some fun

Anywhere will be risky. Restrictions can change last minute. Pick somewhere then just keep checking the rules. And make sure they offer easy rebooking.
