Weighted blankets are like being tucked in they’re heaven. They help with aching and getting better sleep. I don’t know the science but everyone I know that has Fibro like me swears by them. X |

I’ve had an electric blanket for years 
Although to be fair the apartment I lived in at the time was freezing!
It was one that had a timer on, so 30 mins before bed and 30 mins to get me to sleep…perfect.
I haven’t put it on my bed in this house but now you’ve mention it…

They are awesome but since I bought an expensive mattress earlier this year I can’t use mine anymore, however it’s coming down south with me at Christmas as it’ll be freezing on a “normal” mattress |

They do come with a timer you just choose which setting you want and off you go,I put stick it on for an hour 5 min's before bedtime and it takes the chill away. |

...they can warm up for winter and chill down for summer and are super efficient ...just be cautious of high heel tom-foolary I guess  |
