As it is national healthy eating week in Ireland next week I will be setting up a series of forums aimed at educating people as to the dangers of obesity and how to counteract it with positive lifestyle changes.

If you would like to contribute some advice and help me in lowering the female BMI on this site let me know.

You don't want to lower the male BMI? Interesting. I'd like to see the gender specific advice you plan to give us.

I'd rather be happy and content, and eat whatever I like in moderation and be chunky, than be a stick thin miserable calorie counter!
