Favourite Superhero Movie Villain

Who is your favourite villain in a Superhero movie? I have 3 finalists but you don't have to choose from those 3.

1) Thanos, why I like him- he had the will and fortitude to achieve his goals no matter the sacrifice "those with the strongest wills.." like his reasoning was good for his plan was good and it was random and fair (not based on race, class, gender, etc) and I respect that in him.

2) Killmonger, why I like him- he was fighting for something most of us can understand and relate to, he wanted to see blacks and white on equal terms and wanted to give black people the tools to fight their oppressors, of course he was a little overboard (like Thanos) but his reasoning was sound. Plus it's the first time I ever saw a villain actually change the hero's perspective. Like that is what really set that movie apart from other Superhero movies. Also his discipline and willing to sacrifice to achieve his goals.

3) Heather Ledger's Joker- just amazing. He was probably the most successful out of all of them (tied with Thanos) but he was able to show that people were not inherently good or evil, that who they were was based on how life treated them and his ability to turn someone like Harvey Dent into a serial killer bent on revenge, was just amazing story telling.

For me all three have it, but facing racism across here changed my thinking a lot and in a fictional universe if Wakanda did exist and had the tools to stop things like sl@very and the stripping of natural resources from Africa to make European countries rich, things would be much better for people who looked like me. I have to go with Killmonger.

Who do you got (and yes I appreciate this is a philosophical debate) I'm a nerd get used to it lol

Scarecrow from Batman Begins was a lot of fun, whilst I do think The Dark Knight is the best in the trilogy, Batman Begins is my favourite and he was a big reason why.

Also Doc Of from Spider Man 2, that train scene is iconic
