I've seen lots of recipes for brownies/cakes made with mayo. It's just eggs and oil at the end of the day - two ingredients that very commonly go into cakes and confectionery. I imagine it might be quite nice, although I'm not sure what I'd have it with. Maybe just some bread? |

Don't forget to include mustard, vinegar and salt.

Sounds like something we'll find in the cheapo shop round the corner from us in a few months. Where food experiments go to die.
Still got a jar of peanut butter with marmite in the cupboard and kinda wish we'd bought and tried the apple crumble pizza when we had the chance |
