I always feel bad for some of the women's international teams that take part. They clearly don't have the same investment to improve the women's game that England or other more developed countries do. I get that you want everyone to take part but no one benefits from winning or losing by that big of a margin. |

That kind of loss might mean that Latvia and other countries put in place better support and funds for thier women. Felt for the goalie.. Poor little lass. |

I suspect if the men's team had put 4 past another side in 10 minutes they would have closed up in defence and played out the remaining 80 mins in their own half.
