A great question and I have an interesting system (well, I think so at least)
All plates in descending size from the back with bowls at the front which gives me a clear perspective of my entire load (of washing I mean) |

I use a peeling knife and in true military spud peeling style, between thumb and index finger slice the potatoes epidermis off in wafer thin shards |

I have two Henry’s and an Electrolux. I did have a Dyson but it eventually gave up the ghost  Thinking of investing in a Shark now as I’ve heard great things about them  |
