I think her new album will resonate more with people who are going through the emotions of a divorce involving children.
You can hear the emotion but you maybe can't quite put it together and sympathise if you haven't experienced it. |

She is good, but puts out the same stuff every time, the only progression is the album numbers, not the songs in them. Don't get we wrong she has some belters, but the new one could easily have been part of her earlier albums. Check out "Set fire to the rain" Skirlex mash mix (Set fire to everybody), now that is something else!! |

She does upbeat songs too … and in concert she nearly always breaks the mood with a giggle after singing an emotional one - not depressing just real life stuff - and I think she does it beautifully

I hardly think Adele gives two fucks whether she’s good in bed or what not, I mean what with her 8x platinum album, 15 Grammy awards and a massive following she must go to bed at night and wonder if she could get a fuck on fab!
The woman’s talent is undeniable, regardless of what you think of her songs, she’s been a huge influence within the music industry and achieved monumental things for a woman of 33

I don’t know her personally so couldn’t possibly comment on what sort of person she is. She comes across as a person I could probably go and get in the lash with. She seems like a fun person to hang out with.
Musically, not my cup of tea. It’s a bit depressing and samey. But, millions buy her records so she must be doing something right. |

I think she's beautiful, insanely talented, nice, funny...and yet still depressing AF singing! I've only seen clips of her Oprah interview too but it all seemed so American and dramatic, which didn't seem like her bag in the past. |

Any fame she has amassed she got off her own back. Writes her own material apparently so fair play to her in that regard. Her music wouldn't be my cup of tea.
Definitely in that Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Dermot Kennedy safe zone of the music spectrum. She's not doing anything that hasn't been done before. But who is nowadays?  |

I really liked her…. Now I just like her older stuff. It’s turning into very much the same stuff she did years ago. I certainly don’t dislike her for it, I admire her talent lots. She’s just not moving on with the stuff she could write or sing about.
I use Madonna as an example of someone who moved with the times.
