Actually it applies to all people using any phone. I spoke to so many idiots at work today struggling to even get the most basic info through their moronic brains.

was listening to my boss on the phone today trying to explain to our purchasing manager, that the reason these 2 Emergency Exit signs had different viewing distances was....wait for it.... one was bigger than the other... it did take 3 attempts
