I swear, I could set myself on fire and my feet would still feel freezing. Last night, I slept with 3 pairs of fluffy socks on. My dressing gown wrapped around my feet, 2 blankets and my duvet on. My feet were still like ice.
Winter really doesn't suit me |

Seems unnatural to me, have you got a diagnosis of Raynauds or something? |

"Seriously though, Icelandic wool socks. My daughter has raynauds syndrome and swears by them x"
I have Raynaud's too, was going to suggest wool socks not synthetic. Synthetic don't actually help me and make my feet colder. |

Centuries ago.. there was this cream sold by Avon I think which had cinnamon smell and warming up properties. If anyone knows of the existence of anything similar do let me know please.
Maybe you have a low(ish) blood pressure? |

Try getting a cat.
Mine have even started to let me have some of the bed when I sleep now, although it does lead to a little over heating.
That and it’s like that famous scene from “The Birds” when I wake up in the morning, only with cats not birds… |

I'd see a doctor, no seriously I'm not joking, as someone has already mentioned you probably have poor circulation and this can lead to wider issues depending on how severe it is, better to be safe than sorry. |
