Cold feet

I swear, I could set myself on fire and my feet would still feel freezing. Last night, I slept with 3 pairs of fluffy socks on. My dressing gown wrapped around my feet, 2 blankets and my duvet on. My feet were still like ice.

Winter really doesn't suit me

That’s a lotta layers. Add a hot water bottle to that concoction.

Try wrapping and warming your ankles. It helps my cold to numb feet

Run a bath b4 bed, then wrap up warm to go to bed,get brush cotton sheet, they help to keep u warm.

Or warm water in a bowl just put your feet in.

Seems unnatural to me, have you got a diagnosis of Raynauds or something?

I'm freezing too. Roll on summer! Although having electric back on would be good right now.

I have Raynaud's too, was going to suggest wool socks not synthetic. Synthetic don't actually help me and make my feet colder.

A simple bed sheet under the blanket can do wonders, as it seals in the heat, by not allowing any gaps.

Centuries ago.. there was this cream sold by Avon I think which had cinnamon smell and warming up properties. If anyone knows of the existence of anything similar do let me know please.

Maybe you have a low(ish) blood pressure?

Try getting a cat.

Mine have even started to let me have some of the bed when I sleep now, although it does lead to a little over heating.

That and it’s like that famous scene from “The Birds” when I wake up in the morning, only with cats not birds…

I'd see a doctor, no seriously I'm not joking, as someone has already mentioned you probably have poor circulation and this can lead to wider issues depending on how severe it is, better to be safe than sorry.
