Doing ok. Got family around, warm house and full tummy. Can’t complain really. Lots of stress at work to look forward to but that’s what we’re paid to deal with so got to roll with the punches. Content and optimistic.

OK cards on the table.
Not good. Haven't been for a while. Struggling with a PTSD diagnosis. Some days I don't even feel like me. The days I do feel me, I don't actually like me very much. Anxiety and paranoia are a regular thing for me.
When I say me ... I mean the male me, the 'real life' me. Jennie of course is often able to distance herself from these worries... I truly think that she is, in part, an escape mechanism. Sometimes, however, the shit feelings can't be escaped even by Jennie. Today has been one of those days. |
