i woke up way too early again but i found a great way of getting back to sleep ......i have a recording of tibetan singing bowls ....better than any knock out drops ill be back off to sleep in around 10 minutes .......maybe one to try for all you insomniacs out there ....... |

The idea is to make a silly tune in your head which will then send you into a mesmerising deep sleep from which only possibly the radio blasting out a few 80's hits including Prefab Sprout's Albequrqe, or perhaps if that is not your cup of tea then you may be into a more laidback sort of lifestyle

I sooooo hate mornings you gotta be up early. You set the alarm to try n make sure ur up on time - BUT something always wakes u up before it bloomin goes off - go figure! Anyways - have a good thurs peeps! Baby sitting till 2.45 for moi - yey (not to the yey part... It's only 6.35 n no EML for me  ) xx  |

Just remembered!
It nay be cold and wet back home but I've got a threesome planned for Friday then a social and sleepover Saturday (yay a morning glory!) then introducing a friend to la chambre on Sunday!
