Both... little spoon that enjoys a snuggle but to fall asleep I like to be big spoon so I can kick off the duvet from my legs and bum as I overheat

"Very big spoon.
Most ladies can't get an arm over me so it ends up sticking out the bed.
So I am big spoon...until they kick me off due to me being a blast furnace. "
Rex will spoon you |

The funny thing about spoons fitting together in the way they do, leading to the term spooning, is that the spoons don't need to be different sizes. In fact, it's most likely to work if they are the same size. This means that big spoon and little spoon are somewhat redundant terms and it makes more sense to talk about front and back spoons.
Had you asked the question that way, I would say I am most commonly the back spoon but like being the front spoon as well. Since you didn't ask it that way, I just have to reject your terminology.
Perhaps I'm just the pedantic spoon somewhere on the spectrum. Luke |

I’m a bit wriggly so I can start out being a little spoon but then I get all twitchy and prefer to be a big spoon, after a while I get twitchy again and turn into chopsticks aka you sleep there and I’ll sleep here with a gap between us |

Hear exactly what you're saying. 90% of the time I'm front spoon but do occasionally like been a back spoon |
