There's still loads of different techniques that can be used through towels or blankets (elbows, fists, etc) which don't require hands on contact with arse cheeks. |

Glutes are easy to masssge. Large towels are used and the theory is you only expose the area yr working anyway. Underwear only needs to be lowered to the crease with thigh when massaging and then returned after. Pretty simple when u know how |
