So. A bit of a weird question. I am looking for some new jeans or trousers that have a bit of extra room in the old “ballroom” area.
My job is quite sedentary and during the day the jeans and trousers I have get quite tight and restrictive and being frank things start to ache.
When I am at home I can wear joggers without underwear but they aren’t exactly office wear. I should add (although you can see from the profile) I am not the most athletic so I have some chunky thoughts and a bit of waist to cover as well.
Thanks for everyone’s suggestions and advice in advance. |

I recently bought some jeans from a company called "Olympvs", they're marketed as athletic jeans with an elastic and denim mix so the jeans have some stretch to them. There's also a lot more room in the crotchular region than your regular jeans

Just had a look at their website. Looks like a great suggestion. Thanks |

I used to wear baggy jeans for that same reason, but they aren't exactly flattering are they?
So I was advised to go for a better fitting Jean with a slightly elastic material so they have more give.
In the end I went for River Island Dylan jeans, which have 1% elastane.
They are really comfortable, even for sitting for long periods, and are just a little form fitting so hug my bum and legs and look great.
They are the style I wear to clubs now, and they have definitely had the right response. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

You can avoid the trendy skinny ball busting styles by buying older classic styles by Lee or Levi but you will pay around £100. Just get some trousers in linen/cotton , denim all day will make your balls manky |

I will give them a look. Haven’t shopped in river island for ages as they didn’t fit the waist ha ha |

My first pair of jeans was a pair of Levi’s. They were worth every penny. But sadly I got older and fatter and they got a little thin. Which ironically would solve the problem as they wore out in the crotch |

Plenty of other companies do 1% elastane jeans, including Levis I believe. River Island were just the ones I ended up getting. |

I've aways gone for stretchy jeans that give the legs shape and definition but have plenty of flex for the dance floor (tore a few sets of standard non-flex jeans in my youth). Oddly enough some of the best jeans I have are Lidl centre isle. Unfortunately you can only buy them on the rare occasion they have them. |

Uniqlo sell some cargo joggers
I wear them for work cos I have similar issues with the old clackers
They're the same material as cargo pants but have ample room in the gusset lol
I just tuck the ankle up and they look like normal cargos
Other than those, Timberland tend to be good |
