Thank you.

Sad times help us appreciate the happy times. Famines sharpen our appreciation of the feasts.

Imagine you are walking across a grassy park. It's a very hot summer's day. There's lots of happy people around and also possibly a llama or two.

A wonderfully smiley angel walks towards you. She's wearing a floaty white cloud and she glows with happiness and kindness. You feel calm and happy too.

Alas, the llama's had gone on a visit and the grass was brown. But, so many other smiley faces, and Morris Dancers ( ) is a very good memory.

I do apologise to all the people I forced to feel my arse. It felt amazing in those trousers. I shan't be doing that again as I gave the trousers to charity last year.

Sending Love and Hugs this Cold eve, some lovely genuine folk on here, remember there is always someone worse off than you, I'm trying to spend more time talking to the older folks I meet on my travels, a lot of our OAP's are very lonely and miss human interaction, just keep an eye out as it gets colder guys if you know anyone, many of their generation are too proud to ask for help. Paul Xx

It's always good to keep an eye on people.

Silver Line is a helpline for older people, and offers a matching service for volunteers to speak to regularly.
