They are integrating their IT system with owner amazon's and it is a nightmare

dvd's are not been registered as returned and replacement films not being sent out.. Bloody Annoying as TV is sooo cr@p , but at least have had over 1 month added to our account.. Hoping the problem will be fixed soon
