There was once a pub called The Apple Tree. I've had loads of locals messaging me asking if I was the landlady or used to frequent the establishment.
No to both.
Although I bet I've stirred up some rumours if they think I'm lieing... Whoops!! |

I dont go to pubs, so i dont have a "local" but when i was growing up my auntie worked at her local where some of my family went regularly, it was called "The Limes" sadly it closed down a few years ago, had some fond childhood memories of that place |

The James Atherton, about quarter of a mile from my flat, changed its name and signage twice over lockdown. First it was the three bellends, with a sign depicting Cummings, Boris and Hancock, then it was the two helmets, with just Boris and Hancock on the sign.
