Between ten minutes and an hour depending on size

About 5 minutes for a steak, wrapped up in tin foil. Always get great results tbh. I like mine rare btw.

I rest right up to the point of eating my dinner. Husband has a little bell he rings when it's served.

We just let meat rest whilst we plate up everything else and have a quick tidy round of the kitchen.
