Doesn’t it normally tell you why?
Eg Sorry you cant send a message to this user as you’re outside their age range or don’t want to meet single men or only want to meet people with public photographs etc
What exactly does it say when you try to message them? |

It means you can't send them a message. Simple. Move on.
Probably that you're blocked. Even if it says they are looking for men, people block men so as not to get bombarded, and they can do their own searching instead. |

It says ' Sorry you can't send a private message to this user" then under that in a yellow bar it says 'Why?' |
