Does a person whom you are sending a message to need to be online or is it just about being patient not everyone is online and have a living and responsibilities away from online

I don't know what other people do but I try start at the bottom anyway, I just skim the top for people I'm already in a chat with. I wouldn't stress about trying to catch people while they're online, just send whenever.

Send and delete. Don't think about it! If they reply- great.. if they don't you won't even remember it happened .
