For me, regardless of life or professional accomplishments, nothing feels more rewarding than making a partner orgasm. It requires patience, trust, teamwork and creativity, and seeing it end in a climax is pretty satisfying.

What do you think?

My most rewarding achievement? Probably our house and garden, both bring us a lot of pleasure and a lot of hard work has gone in to them

You need to get a wand, makes giving orgasms easier.

My greatest achievement would be last week. I threw a screws up piece of paper towards the bin in the office and it went in. I was on the phone so I couldn’t cheer though.

Owning my own flat. It's small and may not be the best but I'm the only one out of my cousins who aren't renting.

Knowing that if I died tomorrow after 65+ years I have always been honest with anyone I have met and never deceived them or intentionally lied.

I shall die with a clear conscience and without owing anyone anything, apart from my family who I owe everything to.

always prefer to give than receive when it comes to orgasms...

been a loyal friend and an excellent neighbour

having my kids, and seeing them turn into fine young men

learning how to drive and driving thousands of miles over the years with much enjoyment

learning how to play a harp to a reasonable level, going to lots of gigs over the 7 years including 3 weddings...

going to uni to do business studies and writing some good business plans

being a community centre steering group secretary for 4 years, and a civic society secretary for 6 years

doing lots of caring for sick and elderly rellies and running a support group for the families of additional learning needs children

lots to be happy about and proud of in my life!

Aside from children and family. I'd say advocating for myself. Took a while as I prefer the easy life but always important to speak up for yourself too

1 Bringing up my oldest son mainly on my own and he’s so balanced and achieving well at 18.

2 Getting through a horrific pregnancy where my baby was constantly at risk even down to his birth but I fought for him and now he is here and safe and an absolute delight

Probably the ability to make a cup of tea while driving has got to be my biggest achievement so far. Tea bag not leaves tho I'm not a magician

I don't have any children but I do mentor younger people in the gym, which then extends to their lifestyle in some cases if they stick around

One kid in particular is 17 years old and wants to become a competitive bodybuilder. The day he turned up in the gym he was stick thin and didn't have a clue what he was doing or how to diet.

Spent a good 6 months with him now and he's put on 8kg in bodyweight and keeps getting stronger. He's determined and consistent! So long as he keeps that up, I'll happily continue mentoring him. Try helping him out with his finances and love life too

Makes me feel proud to inspire younger people like him. Great feeling watching him progress into a man

Buying a house all by myself when I was 25.

Mr moved in a few months later as we'd become a couple while I was in the process of buying it. We jointly overpaid and very proudly paid off the mortgage 8 1/2 years later. Without a mortgage we can afford to live frugally - he gave up his shit factory job and I work part time. Means we have quality time together while the kids are young.

Gives us more time for sex too
