Prenhawn da, good afternoon my dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
I know we can find ourselves in trying times. Life can some time weigh us down a tad so a gentle please remember .
You are amazing
You are strong
You are beautiful
You are uniquely you
You are the best you there will ever be.
Take a good look in the mirror and tell yourself "i am splendid"
Always show yorself the same compassion that you show others.

Well it’s not strictly true, as I can stop eating quite so much cake and lose a few pounds, have a bit of a shave and get rid of my scruffy stubble, trim up my pubes, and not get *quite* so agitated about the youth of today making so much litter mess around my village, so I’m not the best “me” I will ever be right now, but it IS a lovely sentiment Taff and something we need to reflect on from time to time  |
