My local shopping centre has a giving tree that you can donate presents to kids maybe look and see of someone close to you is doing something like that.
I also donate to Social Bite which provides Christmas dinners to homeless people.
In work we also do a reverse advent calender where when your name is on the board to bring something in for a food bank. |

I always donate to Birmingham Childrens Hospital and raise money through sponsorship though that’s been difficult the last 2 years with so many running events being cancelled |

I want to get involved with something particularly for poor neglected children. Any good suggestions?"
You're quite close to me, do you listen to Wave 105? They run an annual Christmas presents for kids from poor families drive, part of the their ongoing Cash for Kids campaign. They need various help, from delivering presents to wrapping. I always volunteer for the wrapping - last year I wrapped 426 presents, this year I hope to beat that and do over 500. |
