If so what are they like? I’ve heard they can be pretty dominant. There’s a guy in work with me but completely different department, different shift pattern. I probably could see him a few minutes here and there out of a whole shift so not constantly around me and could easily be avoided all together.

He’s an absolute unit though I dunno how tall exactly but my head is his nipple height, he’s got the most amazing forearms, you know when they’ve got those nice muscles and he’s full of tatts. I wanna shag him but this is time of the month horn.

Didn’t work out well last time I dabbled with someone in work although that’s all sorted now and we’re civil and on friendly terms (although he doesn’t deserve my friendship but it’s just easier). Difference is the intent. With the last guy we saw each other regularly a little bit of love bombing by him so I caught feelings.

I think he may have a big one. Either that or massive elephants testicles. He wears joggers or shorts in work and the lump on him! I’ve had squeezes off him, just ask him for hugs when I’m in the warehouse and no one’s around and he squeezes me.

That’s the thing. Logical head on now. It takes a few intimate moments (fucks) plus hope, the possibility of it being more because the guy has floated the idea that it could be more. That’s when I’ve started to get feelings for people.

I’m just under 5’3. Every guy is tall to me but he’s super tall. Sometimes if I see him and I can’t teach the highest shelf that I normally use the step ladder for he just reached to the side.

Also in work we have little metal trolleys and you’re supposed to use the ones on each floor but I’d scanned loads of stuff then had to change floors and he carried my trolley up the stairs and they’re heavy like.

I am not so stupid as to say that certain cultures don't have different views on some things but even in these cases there will be a range of ways these views are held and expressed. I don't believe though that any culture (and certainly not a nationality) alters the basic personality of anyone. For instance, in some cultures misogyny is more socially acceptable so it will be seen more, not because these people are inherently more misogynistic, just because there is less incentive to hide it. Behavoir in the bedroom is far less subject to social pressure as it's generally private so there is no reason to assume it likely to be affected by culture or nationality. To even consider it means your assessment of people is instinctively based on racial stereotyping.

Culturally the guys are a lot more dominate, forward, aggressive. The women are odd in that they are very traditional in their gender roles but also more forward and aggressive. I’ve dated 3 polish women and they were as traditional as you can get when it came to them cooking, cleaning etc, but they had no problem telling me where to stick it if I put my foot out of line

Obviously not the rule, just my experience with Eastern European men/women.

Never heard that! My friend spent 5 years living in Japan working with the government and was given training on cultural things.

Eating noisily, never pour your own drink and there’s a certain way to pour alcohol are all quite culturally important there. Found it very interesting, and you’d be surprised how never pouring your own drink makes it much more fun. Because to get a refill, you’ve gotta hint by filling someone else’s. This results in no ones cup ever being empty

My own mother fell for a Polish officer. He did a runner after she got pregnant. She probably was taken with his uniform.

For a start 'Asian' isn't exactly a homogeneous culture. Fairly sure there are significant cultural differences between say a Mongolian and a Thai ...

I don't actuality think this thread is racist, I do believe it displays that a number of people commenting on it believe that stereotyping along perceived racial/national lines is a reasonable way to make an assessment about someone. The truth is such generalisations, where they exist, are only ever any use in aggregate. They never provide more than an unknown level of probability when applied to an individual. Confusing these two ideas is where racism starts hence the instinctive dislike of the tone by some of the commentators.

I wouldn't ask that question (or the noisy Asian one). Have a conversation about possible Polish cultural norms by all means. Have another conversation about the guy at work. Don't ask if the guy at work is likely to be a noisy eater or a dominant shag because of his nationality/race/skin colour/sexual orientation. Whatever experience others have had with that arbitrary group will never be a good way to decide his behaviour. Prejudice is literally pre judging - that is forming an opinion about a person before knowing the facts. To ask if a person will have a certain characteric based on the group you have placed them in is quite simply prejudice.
