We're curious to know, do you drink Red Bull or similar? How many cans a day? Big or small cans?

Happy Thursday, nearly the weekend

Absolutely not. The marketing has certainly worked on that health damaging crap.

The original Red Bull smells like the nasty yellow antibiotics we got as children in the 70's.

I sit at a desk most of the day, not really much of a requirement for "extra energy", especially in the form of sugar and caffeine...

I mainly drink water, with a coffee mid-morning most days. Now it's getting colder I may throw in a hot Vimto!

For a brief spell in the 90's I took to drinking "VRB" which was a bottled vodka red bull mix at the same time as Hooch and WKD. It was fine at the time but if you burped in a Wednesday you could still taste it from the weekend - horrid!! I wouldn't dream of drinking any of those energy drinks now, they are grim!!

I love energy drinks, i dont care if theyre bad for me, plenty other things we like to enjoy that are bad for us. I do limit myself on how much i drink though so i keep them to being treats

I dont really like red bull or anything that isnt flavoured, the generic energy drink flavour is pretty boring for me

I have actually been collecting the cans though of all the flavours. I just love the artwork and vibrant colours so when i have a good collection im gonna mount up some shelves and put them on display with some backlighting

Also i do love the brand 'Pussy', nothing beats cracking open a can of Pussy and chugging it down

It’s basically cheap cold coffee in a can

Sugar free, about 100mg caffeine in a can

I don’t live the taste, but it’s useful having a can in my bag for when I’m flagging at work

I will sometimes have a redbull though it's certainly not daily. I've found I really dislike the flavour of sugar free versions and the having tried a few, I haven't found another brand that I like so stick with RB. I'll often pick one as part of the meal deal in many garages where you get sandwiches, a snack and a drink as it is often the only choice in a can and I try to avoid drinks in plastic bottles.

Well of course they do, I never said no sugar or caffeine in my diet.

But I certainly don't need them in the vast quantities you get in those energy drinks (about 4 cups of coffee's worth in terms of caffeine in a can of Monster I just read!).

You're right, orange Lucozade was great from a glass bottle - it tasted different in a can and terrible in a plastic bottle. They changed the recipe about 4 years ago and I couldn't drink it in any form from then on. None of the carbonated drinks taste the same anymore since they took out most of the sugar.

I used to drink alot when i worked in kitchens. We would buy cases from costco and keep them in the walk in fridge. One chef drank 14 in a day and was violently ill, another i know got cysts internally from drinking to many of them.

I used to have between 2 or 4 a day i guess.. But now only maybe 2 or 3 a month at very most.

Best flavour is Monster Mango Loco
