"William Duvall gig also in March.
Goin alone , spare ticket,if anyone is going.
Which is unlikely cause I'd imagine nobody knows who William Duvall is "
Alice in Chains's William Duvall? |

Alice in Chains's William Duvall?"
Correct.
You just have to get to Dublin now. Your travel expenses might cost more than the value of the 20 quid ticket. I recommend just catching him in the UK |

You're probably right I've seen him before with AiC but never solo. |

You all have some great gigs coming up!!
I’ve seen quite a lot of local bands lately.
Heading to London next month to see Marisa and the Moths……go check them out for a fresh take on female fronted grunge rock!
And then the UK Pink Floyd in Feb next year.
Looking forward to a lot more awesome gigs! |

"Don't think anyone can match Layne's delivery, so unique it's shocking.
Him and Cantrell produced a sound like no-one before or since."
Best unplugged ever.
Layne off his nut, still hitting them notes is unreal. |

To be honest I don't know who touring with them in the UK or supporting? Alkaline Trio is a blast from my youth, not heard that bands name mentioned for years. |

Got so many coming up, my band is playing with boss keloid next week which I'm excited for. Then next year we're seeing alkaline trio and taking back Sunday, bright eyes, godspeed you! black emperor and are going to supersonic festival and arctangent festival. We're definitely trying to make up for lost time |

Not a week goes by where I don't listen to at least one song!
I had the opportunity to go a few years back when they toured but that would have meant putting myself in a very uncomfortable situation.
The abusive ex came knocking telling me he'd got us tickets as an apology for everything he'd put me through. As much as I wanted to see them I wasn't prepared to put myself in that position. I wanted nothing from him other than to be left the fuck alone and get on with my life.
Luckily it coincided with seeing my dad at a big event so the ex left it at that and didn't apply the thumb screws.
Funny though, a year or so later I saw one of the exs mates and he asked if I'd heard anything off him. Told him about it. His face dropped and out of his mouth came the words "lying cunt, he gave me those tickets and told me it was a gift for me and *insert girlfriends name* for being such good mates" |

Hahaha sounds like it played out nicely for you though, bet that felt good dropping him in it like that
Dont blame you for not wanting to go though, cant be enticed into uncomfortable situations like that just to see one of your favourite bands performing
I have to admit its been a little too long since i listened to placebo last, shameful i know. I remember when i got introduced to them from a video game, bitter end was the song that got me hooked |
