How would you describe your favourite Christmas movies in one word and why?
For example, A Christmas Story described in one word is 'warm'. Why is it warm to me is because gives off a warm and cozy feeling like I'm sitting by the fire next to the Christmas tree watching a good holiday classic. |

Did you know, that movie was filmed at the height of summer? All the snow is fake, two film crew were hospitalised for heat-stroke and James Stewart was treated for dehydration due to wearing all the winter clothes. Still a great film though  |

Die hard is not a Christmas movie anyway. "
Always a contentious subject with festive film fans (of which, sadly, I am one ) - Bruce Willis has officially declared that Die Hard is not a Christmas movie. Steven de Souza, who wrote the film, has publicly said that Die Hard is indeed a Christmas movie. It's not on my favourites list. |

I've always considered Die Hard as an Alternative Christmas movie seeing that the movie is set at Christmas bit Christmas is not the main focus of the film. |

Nope what's it Christmas message? Its set at Christmas but that's just an incidental thing. |
