Kinda like not enough time to go to the gym, but the kids keep him running around enough to keep in some sort of shape. Home workouts happen for a week or so at a time before life takes hold and its 6 months until the next round of a week of workouts again. |

just a regular body of a man in his 30s+ who doesn't really make much effort to be all buff and ripped, but hasn't let himself go either. Basically, "average" but without a modern tag like we love to put on things these days |

Got a Dad-bod roll.. (in the US it's "Executive Spread")..
Basically as others have said, someone who spends time and energy with the kids or doing nothing rather than on themselves (not that I've ever spent time looking after myself) |
