How flexible are you from 0, being stiff as a wooden board that you just crack at the first pressure and a 10, being as flexible as a circus du soleil contortionist?
And was your flexibility useful in everyday life and what about in the bedroom?
Do you stretch regularly??
Id rate myself an 8 x I am pretty flexible particularly my lower part of the body from the waist down. Upper back, I’m not as flexible but working on it!
Im working on my splits so I can do all the best moves for pole dancing |

I don't stretch nearly as much as I should. I reckon I'm more flexible in my upper body than my lower body but would love more flexibility in my hips and knees ![](/icons/rainbow.png) |

"I was at 0, but after being told off by my coach, I stretch every day, and am up to about a 4-5.
I can touch my toes for the first time in many a year "
Yay!!! That’s good tho!! I have some friends who literally are unable to touch their toes and look like they will break in half if I push them into touching their toes |

You can do it tho!! If you work on the right muscles the relationship between ur junk and the floor will become closer and closer and closer ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

I'm currently about a 4.5 (the .5 makes all the difference!)
I always try to do about 5 minutes of stretches each morning & certainly does help, especially when i'm sat down in my office a lot.
Sadly not flexible enough to play custard cream Jenga on my arse though...unlike you OP! |

Dancer pose is a nice flexibility pose !! That you can translate into a Biellman’s pose (like the ice skating) for the most courageous and flexible ones ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Used to be hyper mobile, legs behind my head and everything. Probs not so much now though… I do stretch but not consistently enough. |

Probably a 2 although I imagine I’m a 10.
I literally pulled muscles in my arm playing golf this week, a bruise like you couldn’t believe by swinging a golf club. I need to get fitter….I need some ideas how ![](/icons/s/2/halo.gif) |

I mean flexibility isn’t necessarily an indication of being fit.
Someone can be all fit and be gym fit but not be flexible .
And vice versa …
Someone might be naturally flexible or hyper mobile but totally not fit
My upper strength is absolutely appalling and shit, which I hope keeping at pole dancing will improve without building me up any visibile muscles as I can’t stand big arms |

"As a former gymnast for more than 10 years, I would probably give myself an 8 now."
I was a former gymnast as well.
Didn't know it when I was younger but I have joint hyper mobility.
Great for flexibility but now I'm older causes me problems ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |

I'm hypermobile, used to be a 10. Was a dancer growing up, very flexible lower back, could touch my toes to me head laying on my stomach. Could never do the splits though!
More like a 0 now, as I've stiffened up and have lots of joint pain. |

I'd say probably about a 3!
I used to be really nimble when I rode horses and worked at a stables. Then I had an accident and didn't really have the confidence to get back on them.
I even have to sit closer forward when driving so I don't overstretch my knees otherwise they'll lock.
Am I selling myself to anyone right now?
24 going on 94 |

I’m about a 3 at best these days. Would have been a strong 8 in my 20s; used to be able to do box splits down to just a couple of inches above the floor and could sit between my feet and just drop back without having to stop myself.
Also, much to the revolt of a friend at the time,
I could lie face down and pull either foot up and flat to the floor, edge on, outside the same hip. It was supposed to be a submission for BJJ but I could lie there quite comfortably. |

Used to be able to do box splits side splits but it’s been years since I trained properly in kickboxing. I have noticed when I start doing my yoga classes regularly after 2 or 3 hours that’s two or 3 separate classes I can do full splits again. Think once you can do them you must get muscle memory and can do them again. I might start yoga in the new year. |

I have stupidly long legs which means that I struggle with flexibility, particularly weak hamstrings and worse with age! Stretching prior to running helps me but only in preventing injuries. Upper body wise I seem 'fairly' good ![](/icons/s/rolleyes.gif) |

I can do the splits on 2 chairs like jean claude van damme in his prime...does that earn me an 11? |

I’m a bit flexible for a fat bird haha. I have some mild hyper mobility so I can put my hands flat on the floor legs either together or apart. Makes for great soggy style stood up haha. No issues bending over grabbing my ankles. So I’d put myself at about 4-5 on your scale. I reckon. |

I’ve always been quite flexible, I’d say about 7&1/2 to 8 at present, I can touch the floor and could suck my toes if I wished, I don’t though .. honest not tried the splits... might try that in a bit I started Pilates a few weeks back as I always feel like a good stretch and noticed improvement already ![](/icons/s/2/cute.gif) |
