Any idea how many types of implant there are? Frickin’ loads!

The firmer (more cohesive) are often great for women who need their breasts to look good for many years, for their occupation. The softer ones are indistinguishable from natural breasts. Also, nowadays they can last a lifetime and don’t need replacing anymore. Mine are good until I snuff it.
