Bloody hell, I can barely remember what I was doing 5 minutes ago. 
Now I’ve done a little detective work. I was helping some friends to decorate and build their gym. |

After checking my emails I can tell you I was a complete bus wanker, complaining about buses not stopping to pick up passengers.

"I've counted over 20 midge bites on my arms and legs that I got when looking after the injured girl at parkrun on Saturday.

The only day I know what I was doing for the last 30 years. Gone to remembrance service and afterwards home with a coffee and mince pie.
This has been the only thing I have not deviated from in my lifetime.
Same question for yesterday or tomorrow, not a clue.  |

Thinking back, I realised I was stuck in an abusive relationship, and was sinking.
This realisation, that whatever happens, it’ll never be as bad as that, has cheered me right up!

Probably listening to my ex neighbours screaming at each other wondering if the argument was going to be so bad the mum was going to escape and come to mine while we called the police again. Happened at least once a month, sometimes more. Can't say I miss them. |

Crying at the realisation that my now ex wife but wife at the time going off with someone she worked with meant I wasn't going to see my children every morning and kiss them good night every night either like I always had  |

I was in a happy state of celibacy and revelling in my new single freedom. I was figuring my finances out, making my new home homely and dealing with 2 heart broken children. I was job hunting. I was re-connecting with lost friends. Life is now good, and this post is a good reminder of that |
