Got ours out today nice beef stew stewing. Nothing finer. Smells scrummy. If you know where it is get it going. You know it makes sense

Mines currently full of fruit as making the mince pie filling in it. Really recommend the liners you can get it’s making the job much easier

Trotters/hooves both used, more commonly trotters in middle eastern countries
