Just a note to let you all know that Robert’s brother has been in touch to tell me he passed away today.
He was a much loved character of the Yorkshire swinging scene and always had a smile and a story for everyone.
THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES MR “TUPPER”!! You were a gem and as mad as a box of frogs.
God speed, my friend. See you at the cocktail bar in the sky!!

We met him very briefly at a social when we were living in Yorkshire. A lovely chap who always dressed with a timeless gentlemanly style. Our condolences go out to his family and those who knew him best  |

We met him recently for a coffee as he lives close by - he’s the perfect gentleman.
Regaled us with stories of his life on the cruise ships and his FAB life.
If someone should have wrote a book then it’s Bobby…he is and will always be a FAB legend.

Oh no. Such a shock to hear this sad news. He was a true gentleman and a credit to the swinging scene. Always so smart in his blazer and tie with his Bobby Tupper name badge. I will miss him at future events. |

That's very sad news. He was a real character with loads of interesting tales to tell. Met him several times at social events and he always made great effort to make people feel welcome.
He will be missed. R.I.P |

You know I will admit though. It’s giving me a good giggle to think about his brother having to go through his phone - wonder what he had me saved as? - hope he didn’t look at the pics or the search history!

His profile is still there. The "new" profile has a gap in the name, whereas the "original" is no gap in the name."

Mods - out of curiosity - when a fabber is known to be deceased - how long does the profile remain active before it is deleted by admin?
Actually vaguely curious as to how long after I’m gone mine will be around. |

Sorry I missed this, if someone who knows him outside of the site get in touch with Admin from the contact link they will let them know what they can do to help get the profile removed |
