...how to take a good pic of my arse, without asking someone else to do it? I'm twisting myself into all sorts of shapes, none particularly successful!

Stand with legs crossed, it creates an amazing shape of the hips and bum, photograph from a low down angle, looking up towards said delightful derrière.

Key points are lighting, maybe have a candle either side of your phone.

Also, a bit of blusher on your anus and a hint of rouge on your cheeks.

Snapchat has a timer delay option for taking photos, use that and stick your phone to wall with chewing gum.

Took my body stocking photo with my phone propped up on my dressing gown facing upwards. Timer on and away we went. A little video made too which is always fun

Alternatively use a mirror.

I just bought one of them remote shutter buttons for my iPhone. Means you have a little longer to organise yourself than the timer … watching that 15, 14, 13 ticking away too fast when you’re trying to scrabble into position is freaky lol

And vid / screenshot idea is good but I’ve found lately pics are motion blurred. Could be my phone is getting on a bit though xx
